Is the camera pretty sluggish for anyone else?

Is it a new update? Where people complaining? I mean, I agree it could have been slower, but now its just incredibly annoying and interfering with gameplay. Anyone else agree?

What do you mean by slow, you can increase the speed in the options. Is it sluggish because of the framerate?

I mean it pans at a slower speed, was it changed?

I also experince a slaggish cursor movement, but that should be due to the old age of my laptop.

Yeah you should be able to adjust that in the options, or do you already have it set to max?

Also try turning vsync on.

I haven't played for a week or 2 so an unaware of any new builds/patches but I do remember that after the building update it became slightly more sluggish than before.
