Bounty Hunting Explanation

Could somebody plz give me a 100% detailed explanation on how the bounty hunting system works? like how do I know if someone has a bounty, and w.e else?

If you have clicked Info on your interface panel, you can see the bounty by clicking enemies. Amount of bounty is written in orange if I recall it right. It should be right below name and faction of the person you clicked.(If the person has bounty)
At the moment only NPCs with bounty are Dust Bandit Bosses (Around 2000+) And sand ninja Jounins (4000) By clicking them, you will see the bounty.
Beat the hell out of NPC that has a bounty (but don't kill him because it would result in getting only half of the bounty) and pick him up and go to police station
At the police station you can either talk to police sergeant (or what ever it was) or place the guy straight to cage in police station. Message will appear telling you how much you got.
