Death
This more so than the first post. I've healed up men who had around -30 or -40 of damage done to them, but they died regardless. My advice would probably be to heal a person, pick them up, then drop them to check on health until they're healed enough to walk. If they're a hostile faction and you're trying to get on good terms with them, repeat the steps in the last sentence, but then run as fast as you can before you aggro them.Maynot wrote:If they are left lying on the ground long enough, I have seen NPCs die.

Also if your Head, Chest or Stomach reaches -80 you die from that too. I know this because I went into the Forgotten Construction Set and made it so my character started with 100 in all stats. He was able to kill a squad of 10 Dust Bandits by himself and KILLED each one in a hit, doing over 120 damage each time.
