So a long time ago I attacked a group of romans and meh relations been bad since then.

How do I recruit people if they all belong to the holy roman faction?
Is there a mod that would change all the new recruits belonging to that faction?

I only have 5 super bad azz people :P I need newbs to research while I go kill everything

You could try going to some Dead Cat cities, they usually have recruits.
