How to make Fragment Axe?

I'm fairly sure this isnt' a bug, so I'll post here first. I believe (though cannot confirm) that I've purchased all the weapon blue prints (katanas, sabres, etc.). I can make some heavy weapons up to mk VI (plank, heavy club), but not others.

Am I missing a "heavy weapons" blue print? If so, why can I not find it in any weapon shop? Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Frag axe bluebrint is available only in Holy cities if I'm not mistaken (data is from pre-import game). I also had a heck of a time finding Nodachi bluprints until I Imported. If you haven't done so yet that may help.

Also as I've found out in release 0.50 if you are kill on sight to the holy order you can still sprint into the weapon shop in their city, use the store bench and buy the blueprints. Some shops have a populated bench and some do not so you might have to try a few cities.

That is correct. Though lately, if the merchant is away from his shop counter, then there will be no items in the counter to loot. Also, you will be charged money to take the blueprints.

Be sure to do first aid and bring people to the flop house, or the big outposts with beds. Doing this will raise you diplomacy by 40 points.
