chainmail crafting bench

I have acquired the chainmail crafting blue print and learned it.. but I do not see the chainmail crafting bench available to build. I'm at lvl 4 now, so I believe it should be avail. What am I missing? :?:

Okay,, figured out that I hadn't yet researched Chainmail Crafting from the lvl IV workbench :oops:
