Farming cotton unreasonable

From what i can see it takes too long to harvest cotton. I have 4 farmers all with 80 skill and in the 20 hour life span i am only able to collect about 70 crops in perfect conditions. Which leads me to believe its impossible to collect all 121 in the period of time. This needs some balancing in the form of less crops, quicker harvest time, or allow more workers to work cotton fields. Also on a side not i think they should grow slower because 5 hours is insanely fast.
