How to select a city/outpost in the map?

How I can do to my character going automatically to a city selecting it on the map?

right click on the map near the city.
Do you believe the sexes should be equal?
Oh heavens no.
Then Men would become unmanageable

You can right click anywhere on the map and your people will try to navigate there. However some spots on the map have bad pathfinding and you'll constantly stop.

Like Neko said, right click outside of towns for the best effect. Also click open areas on the map so they don't try to pathfind up a mountain and give up 5km away.
