What is the name and stats to it? You'll need to find the blueprint in either a armor store or a cloths shop though, so keep looking.

That's the Drifter's Leather Pants. I've actually never crafted it, but I would assume it's on the Leathercrafter's Bench.

I feel like I've seen the blueprints in the game. Maybe it was World's End? I remember seeing an armour shop that had a lot of Drifter's Leather. I know that one does have it, but not 100% that's where I saw the blueprint.

Picked up the blueprint at Worlds End, and I make them at the leather armor bench.
