Rebel Base and the Hub shops need a look.

Both of these bars have more or less 0 defense and a lot of valuable weaponry.

I - on accident aggro'd the guards in the Rebel Base and the mercenaries I had hired knocked them all out. Easy high value loot - similar could probably be done at the Hub's bar.

You may like to reduce the value of the gear in these shops (kinda high level weaponry for the location anyways) or increase their available defenses.

That whole faction needs work.

If you have a holy empire bounty, that should raise your status with them.

Then again, there really isn't honor among thieves.
