starting a new game 2 huge bugs to avoid/fix

This is my experience, it could be wrong and hopefully it will be fixed if I am right.

If you are ALREADY playing a game and want to start over, using the NEW GAME button from an already loaded game, your "The Hub" will/might be empty. It is not advised (by me) to use this feature, exit the game, reload it to make a new game.

Two recruits are found in cages in the game. But they do not load if you start a game and get strong enough to go find them. In order for them to be present you have to IMPORT with the "keep dead NPCS" ticked off, this means all the bosses/uniques that you killed captured will be returned to the game world also.

So the best you can do is when you want to make a new start, is exit the game, load up your scenerio, get into the world, save the game, exit the game, import your saved game and begin to play normally. (You can skip the import if you plan on importing into the game later, but if like me you wanted a 1-shot it, you will be forced to do this if you want one of the coolest (imho) recruits you can pick up later)

the game doesnt properly unload the assets from your last playthrough.
hence the bugs.
