Mod request - hardcore difficulty level

Could some pls make a mod that add new game start options that have normal and nobodies starts but have ALL the factions in the game have -100 relation?

if you literally have all factions hate you how are you going to trade or improve your tech level? I was thinking a Shek campaign where you had HN and UCs hate you would be fun but I came to the same problem, you need blueprints from one or the other. If you take out tech hunters as well you will be really fked.

well, theres a mod that adds an impossible mod (insane) where you have no limbs, 1 billion cats in debt and every faction except 3 hate you.... You can steal blueprints too you know, and you should steal limbs if your in a city with limb shop. Like black desert city, heft, or worlds end.
