So this is totally me not wanting to spend the time it would take to travel from place to place finding it. So that is why it is spoilers, and why I will look a little lazy :p I have already visited most towns and did a quick sweep but cannot find anyone related to this thieves/assassins guild that was mentioned in the last post on lofigames.
IN SHORT
the website mentioned the thieves/assassins guild, but where can I find them?

They are a small group of ninja who rest at the bars at the holy nation from time to time accepting stolen goods....
Ex. "Stack"

As far as I know, though, those guys have been around for awhile. so if that's all it is, then why is this update any different than previous versions?

They have the only building standing int the holynation outlaw hub. City.... Its in the south of the city

I found a hideout in one of the holy nation cities, it was giant 4 floored tower, can't remember which one.
