What is the possibility of getting 'training' weapons. Basically I imagine weapons that ONLY do stun damage or maybe 90% stun damage. Useful for training and incapacitating people if desired. And good for my personal enemy training arena that I will be building shortly.

I just don't know if you can actually do it in the code without doing a rewrite or something since all i have seen so far are Cutting and Blunt damage types.

Maybe just have them do low blunt damage?

Depending on how the damage system works that might be an idea.
*Insert witty remark here*

Yeah, that is very much along with my idea after I posted; wooden, blunt weapons. And then some kind of padded armour to try and negate most of that damage.

Bah, use real, sharp, weapons and no armor like a real man. You gotta train your medics somehow

Beat people down with wooden sticks and convince them to join you.

I think training weapons would be a good idea, using a real weapon during training isn't good cause there is a chance someone will get a deadly injury and cause you too lose a person, also if your training while on the move (for example, you are being followed and you want your recruits to be as ready as possible) you want to have weapons that would cause injury and would cause a problem if you are suddenly attacked.

of course your training school should have the choice between them, spartan-like battle schools probobly want their students to be use to pain and would want to use real swords. while more leinet school might want students to not get seriously hurt or hurt someone else adn so would use weapons that would make if very difficult to cut an arm off.

also if you give students real weapons and are harsh to the students then there is a possibillity that they would rebel and cut you in half with the steel sword that you just hannded to them
I'M BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The thing that annoys me is the healing time. It is the biggest time factor in training now. I could be happier if training wasn't very efficient but I didn't have to babysit them and heal them all the time. Plus when my gladiator arena gets started I want to have non-lethal fights available.

Actually, that would depend on whether or not they have realized the training was worth it because, hey, they can now cut an army in half.
