Armorsmithing Question

So I have a guy that can do the yellow Stat armor so I went and purchased the blackened chainmail shirt schematics. I'm unable to find it in available items to make. I saw something about a bench to just make chainmail sheets but I'm unable to find the building. Can someone point me in the right direction on how to make armor above leather and cloth.

You need a Chain Armour Crafting Bench, and to build that you'll need to complete the Chain Armour Crafting research, which is core level 4 and require 3 ancient science books, according to FCS. The building itself could be found under CRAFTING building category.
