How to give orders to the slaves bought from slave traders? Slaves are marked out by .PS green after purchase and in 10 seconds razdegatsya, in the menu of their party doesn't appear, IOJ but whether to buy somewhere shackles or cages?

when you leave town you have a small chance of them joining your group automatically. the other chance is they will run away.
You can't have your own slaves though without a Mod ( that is also slightly buggy because players having slaves was not part of the feature )

Why not adding a feature like this?
I got no idea how the engine works but is it creating this much problems?

because slavery was added to make your characters life harder and more interesting. like you could go on raids to free your people that been captured and enslaved. it adds a gameplay element for you to overcome.
Also extra coding is needed to add slavery for the player, which the Dev has said he really isn't interested in doing. he has plans to get what features left he can in, working on slavery would mean delaying or even dropping some features.
