In the stable version i could play one game year, the cities are healthy and alive.

But in the experimental, it's a war until everybody in it is either dead or enslaved. At the day 18, i have to import my game to repopulate Sho-battai.

Perhaps changing relations to have a less messy experience ?

I didnt traveled to much in my actual game but i visit blister hill, squinn, admag, stack and black desert city and i didnt had the same problem yet. I just noticed sometimes a strange amount of incoming raids at my base, sometimes i got attacked by hungry bandits, dust bandits and boneband at the same time and once a hive raid joined them too (maybe just a cravan who got attacked by someone)

Its most likely due to crossbows and friendly fire from them.
Do you believe the sexes should be equal?
Oh heavens no.
Then Men would become unmanageable

There are a lot of different factions in the UC cities compared to HN. So when one little thing goes wrong all heck breaks loose.
I watched as the HN pacifier went nuts on a shek in one of the outposts. Boy did he get clobbered, but it also set the techs against the HN. Which caused wide spread chaos.

There is an option in the command console that allows you to repopulate a city with out importing to a new game. I have not tried it yet but might be a better way to deal with it.

Oh, boy. That reminds me of one HN outpost on 0.97.X, where a strong Skeleton tried walking by and the whole outpost was on red alert trying to kill this single Skeleton.
By the time they downed him, there were only a few men standing, or should I rather say limping, and then out of nowhere yet another Skeleton of the same caliber decides to join the fight and finish off the job. A whole outpost taken down by two Skeletons. It was a massacre. And I loved it.
