Hound hideout blocked by iron resource

Is the hideout in Rot intented to be blocked by a giant rock?

Doubt it, but let them rot in there! Ha.
Can you even remove it with the ingame editor or something?

You can't remove/add resources with the editor. Strange thing is almost all the resources, or at least that iron resource, should avoid towns.
