terrain flattening

Is there a way to flatten terrain (prefferably through labor).
My buildings are all lopsided ya i know to tilt them but its not the same.
Humans in the dark ages had this ability, why not in Kenshi?

Iv been playing with the in game editor but it dosen't offer much. I can't even seem to be able to re-arange furniture inside a building only on top(at least i haven't figured out how).

A mod maybe?

or ..because how the terrain is drawn it wont ever be possible?
