PLEASE GET RID OF AUTO DUMP

I LOVE this game, but the auto dump feature is literally RUINING the game for me. This is the only game breaking feature I have found. Turning off auto ditch in squad, disabling jobs, nothing keeps my character from running back to town after mining 2 ore.. It's only two out of 12 characters currently doing this for me, but the point is,, PLEASE give us the option to TOTALLY disable auto dump. And thanks for a fantastic game!

go to Ai control panel
turn off auto ditch.

I love auto ditch.
If we didn't have it, it would be impossible to handle all the cooking, crafting, farming, building, and mining jobs manually.
Just turn it off in the AI tab when you don't want people to do it. or if you are outside the outpost just close your gate. characters wont open a locked gate to auto ditch, and when you are far enough away they won't try it any more.
Pretty easy to work with.

How I manage Auto-Dump:

Using it? Keep it on.

Not using it? Turn it off.

I have turned off auto dump in the AI control panel, it has no effect. Maybe I just need to reinstall the game. I seem to be the only one having this issue. Oh well
