i made some god awe-full mistake of killing a police officer... got into this war won, then saved... i feel like an idiot now because almost every town is run by them with a police station so i can no longer return bandits, etc. and i cant find any dead police bodies to heal, and even if i could i would need about 20. so any help?
p.s and no i refuse to start a new game iv'e come too far.

It is possible to start a new game and bring your same squad into the new world and I think the latest version lets you bring your buildings as well. That's the best option you have because, like you said....there are police everywhere and they will try and kill you.

Of course, setting up your own base and trading only with outlying trading posts rather than towns and living the general life of a bandit is also possible. Work with what you have and good luck.

the problem with that though is that the faction trust doesn't change. and i spawn in their town. eventually they need to put a surrender system, peace offering system, etc. but non-the less i appreciate you trying to help...

Very odd.... no relation change even upon a new game import? This may be a new bug? Unless it is a 'feature' that I am unaware of. it has never happened this way before.

The only way I know of how to increase your relations with factions such as the police is to down them yourself, and then heal them with one of your medics. This has a net positive growth in relation points in 90% of my use of this method.

I have the same problem and I also did a quite similar thread about it. Would love a fix since Ive been fooling around with my elite squad and every single person is hostile towards me.... Will tell you if i find fix for reseting relations.

edit: also mod might want to combine our threads since they are basically the same.
