Not for quite a while I guess. The big list he proposed may take until the end of the year given current rates of development. Maybe crossbows by christmas?

I really hope they're soon. Right now the game looks fun, but it doesn't really look like there's any variety. "Do you want a swordsman, a swordsman, or a swordsman?" The sooner crossbows are implemented, the sooner I buy.

I'm getting closer and closer to the idea of the perfect lone warrior who roams the wastelands, perfecting his art and becoming such a threat that any brave soul who was fortunate enough to survive his arrows will quickly be cut down by his blade. My character is already a beautifully powerful kenshi with good ranking with the sand ninjas. I just need a bow and the ability to hire sand ninjas, and I'll be all set... oh boy, will I be all set...
Did I say lone warrior? I meant conqueror of all the lands.

I would like to see ranged weapons, like crossbows etc, but on such a reload time that in close combat they would loose their value as long as there is close to equal amounts.
I am thinking they would be really useful/practical from wall-tops as fort defense. That would make a continued priority for effective use of swords.
