Hi,
I search in Catan squad members but in the 2 taverns are 4 medics from 4 squad members to hire.
I think its a little bit unbalanced

Random is random. IMO it should take some time and effort to acquire the squad setup you want. You can always import your squad into another world, if you don't find whatever henchman you desire.
