Smithing Skill reset to 0 ?

I had used smae character to do any smithing I did and he was at 98..next time I look at his skill in smithing it was 0 !!! is it a bug a technical issue with 100 or is he now 0 again?

OK..I think I either looked at wrong smithing skill (armor) or it's fine...my bad :P
