I apologize if I'm missing something stupendously obvious, but I just started a game with the "Freedom Seekers" beginning. The build menu has nothing in any of the categories, so I assume I am supposed to use the blueprints one of my guys started with.
For the life of me, I cannot figure out how you activate/use them.
How do you use blueprints?

If you have a backpack on, close it, then right click the blueprint to learn it. If your backpack is open, it'll just jump from your normal inventory to your backpacks inventory. Hope that helps.
Well, it seems you are correct in how to activate them. I started a new game to test the advice, and it turns out that the blueprints on my main save are blank, simply named "Blueprints" and "Blueprints large", with no buildings assigned to either of them. Time to go file a bug report, I guess.

Glad I came here, I have the same problem. Started a second save and my blueprints have names now. I thought I was missing something XD

Yea, I
Same exact thing for me, I'm standing in the middle of the desert with a lot of building materials and I click "build" and under each subcategory, its blank...I can't do anything. All of the blueprints big or small don't work.Exovian wrote:Well, it seems you are correct in how to activate them.
