Question on workbench

Hello. I'm new here and I'm from Germany. Therefore excuse my English.
I have a question about work bench III. In which this building I can build? In the first small building it does not fit.I would like to investigate further, but that can not at the moment.

You mean Research Workbench III? In order to place it you'v gotta research House or Large House in "Core" tab. Or, i'v heared, you can place that workbench in one of bigger houses, bought in towns.

mh on wiki is that you can upgrade the bench. That does not work for me. And I have found after a long search ingame nothing.

when you upgrade you need enough room available for the new version
if its not letting you upgrade then where you placed it, you didn't give it enough room for the future upgrade.

Build new one. Next lefel bench should be added in tech in building.
