Black Dragon Clan v.058

SPOILER ALERT - if you want to be surprised about Black Dragon Clan don't read below 
So from what I have noticed in the new cannibal patch is that the Black Dragon clan is enabled. Pretty cool, as I saw files and settings for them when modding my own games. When you build an outpost, a black dragon diplomat will come with a few troops asking you to come out and talk to him. He gets pretty pissed off if you don't talk to him, (not exactly sure what happens if you don't ever talk to him). They want to take a cut of your profits in exchange for their protection. Not sure what they take, such as money or items, as I told them to F-off right away Big mistake!
Once you piss them off, they will assault you wherever you are, not only your base but if your troops are in a city, they will attack you in the city. The assaults come every 5-10 minutes, and it's really annoying, as they come with 10-12 troops with 30+ in stats. I actually can't take them so I ran to United Cities and somehow United Cities declared war on The Black Dragon Clan. Now Every time a group comes, I run to the city, get help from the guards, and then run back to my city for 5 minutes, to do whatever I can. Then at which point another assault comes and I need to run back to the city.
It doesn't look like they have a home base that you can attack to limit their assaults, so my advice is to try not to piss them off, otherwise it could be game over especially if you are near cannibals when they attack and wipe out your squad.
I may have to mod the game to reduce the assault squad size, or see if there's a way to change the assault timer. It's just too frequent right now to be fun. I'm all for challenging, but when its so frequent that it's annoying, that's different.
