Lo-Fi Games

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum but I was wondering if there the devs were thinking of making a background for Kenshi.
Don't get me wrong, since the game is a sandbox, you make your own story so a scenario wouldnt be the best idea.
However, I was wondering if the Kenshi universe was still going to be based around towns.

I just think that adding background, especially to the towns would be a good idea for Kenshi, that would go in hand with the sandbox aspect, since the different towns are very similar as of right now.

there is a form of city states already, they are called Factions. and those are under construction at the moment.
In time more options will be added.

I'd worry more about individual cities and factions and whether they should be bigger or smaller once the full map is implemented. If i recall correctly the future map is nine times as big as we have now.
