Holy COW batman! That's alot of guards! On my world at 1.6 pop the amount of guards/bandits is crazy high, but this takes the

On the other hand though OP.
1: you didn't post the town(Even though to most it is obvious)
2:This could be reproduced via upping world pop
3:No specifics are mentioned. Is this a bug? Or is it just a bit of a joke?

1. I don't even know what town it is. I think its to the southwest of Catan on the western border, surrounded by those red X's. Very mountainous. Edit: Traders Edge I'm pretty sure.
2. No modifications to the game. First time playing in months, new game and installation.
3. I don't know if it's meant to be like this or not.

Yea, that is way too many guards for a vanilla start out. Even on my non-vanilla pop setting of 1.6 it didn't even approach to that amount of guards!
If you can find a way to reproduce it, or if it just keeps happening. You should definitely put this on the bugs thread for the current version in use.
