First, dont feed the leviathans.....Second dont feed the lizard dogs....They will overrun the local town and it will be all your fault :P

I took out my caravan and recruitment team, barely made it to the nearest town alive, and these are very experienced fighters...Once im in the town, bandits hit it,then the dogs are drawn to the dead, and hordes of dogs overrun and kill almost everything in the town,my guys are holding a small building at the back ,and some slavetraders come wandering by and draw 3 leviathans to the town gate.....

My guys promptly ran out the back gate, got to a hill over looking the town and watched the slaughter. No sooner did a townperson get back up,then the were overwhelmed by the dogs or leviathans. It went on for days.

When i got back to my safe mountain estate,i saw there were tons and tons of bandits lost in the mountains all around it.Must be like 60+,just standing around lost in the mountains, unable to figure out how to reach my estate.

So i figure, ill put up some more turrets and shoot them,to clear the area....but sorcery ! they have some sort of magical shield, thats stopping the harpoons in mid air right before they hit the foe...

On the positive side,my turret skill is going up nicely :)

That's a beautiful story. I'm starting to think I should download in steam to get in on this stuff.

I have built my base in an area similar to yours and I have the same issue with stuck "lost" bandits, the only plus side to this that I saw was I imported to a new game and moved mu base to flat ground in the middle of the desert, now am having loads of gate fights that are helping my second squad experience and training.
