I've been having an issue with the new thievery update as it advertises that stealing is easier if shopkeeper isn't in his shop, yet he never leaves his shop? Was wondering if this is happening to anyone else.

its not a finished feature.
so all shop keepers stay in their shops for now.
Do you believe the sexes should be equal?
