Crime and other stuff

So i have run into a bit of a problem from my perspective. I recently aquired a small 250 cat bounty from picking the lock of the shop i got closed in after picking my shackles and purchasing a weapon. But it was all in the name of freedom so i digress. Since then I have had a solid 25+ days of no problem in any city. Much to my dismay, I randomly am attacked by the police and samurai in Port South while fetching some ravioli. My issue is that bandits, sand ninja and canibals dont incur bounty for fighting back against the police but the player character does (as do wildlife? Which leads to a weird occurance where all the police gather and yell at the animal like bullies). I started with 250 and ended with 1750 because of the mechanics that dont seem to make sense.

Also since i like to solo kenshi i think an option to turn yourself in ahould be created so you dont get more bounty added just trying to seeve your time

When I want to serve my time I just walk up to the police in the blocks only mode. My guy will not attack and thus not incur a higher bounty.
