Lo-Fi Games

So I'm new to the game, and i'm having a hard time finding any towns that aren't Holy Nation. Are they the only major faction available so far? Because I'm having a pretty bad time running my party of mostly females/nonhumans around, knowing that they might be stopped at any second and have to run.

down south is the non holy nation areas.
Map is currently primarily Holy nation as this is there territory. more parts of the map will be released in time meaning you wont be stuck just in Holy nation empire.

You know what, maybe I was too harsh on the Holy Nation. In retrospect, they were pretty nice people after all. What's a little racism among friends?

the only non-holy nation large town with multiple varieties of shops and stuff is hidden away in (spoilers) the center of the fog. Hub, waystation, and the hives are nice but they all only have either one shop, or in the case of hives, one kind of shop and it doesnt sell food.

Yeah, the holies are suprprisingly nice if you compare the two.

Mind you, it's probably easier to raid beaked thing nests than it is Holy Nation armories.

I've actually successfully looted Holy-Nation belongings with a bit of save whoring.
Please elaborate on how to loot animal nests and what the point is.

Holding Alt key will show near by loot
Nests, Especially beak thing nets, will have eggs in them usually, and they sell for about 1,500 cats each.
plus they can have other loot as well. including weapons from their last dinner.

Alright, new question. Do NPCs respawn? Specifically, do Adventurer's Guild recruits respawn?

I ended up settling in the valley area between Blister Hill and Bad Teeth, and since I have some trade going and a really good food output, I've been hiring every recruit I can find. The problem is that I haven't been finding all that many recruits around. I just want to know if they're finite.

I dont know if enabled for the beta or not but its supposed to eventually be a thing in kenshi.

If they are not re-spawning then that means the feature is not enabled yet. and you will have to import into a new game to refresh the recruits.

Unlikely as i poisoned them all due to my allergies with eggs, so no one can use them.
