Faction relations?

Going minus with a certain faction is pretty easy, but my question is how to go plus?

Used to be healing their members and carrying them to beds helped with that, in some cases even being the one beating their members up to treat them afterwards net you a plus in relations. But I think that was removed or is bugged now so there are no ways to my knowledge.

its disabled for the time being, but it can be edited fairly easily by using the FCS on the quick.save file if you feel like you've helped a certain faction enough to warrant whatever amount of positive relations.

will be fixed once diplomacy is re added into the game. so you got more options then simply healing someone to up your rep with them.
