Healing and Forwarding time :)

Hey, While playing i found if my characters got 4.+ bleeding and i have the game on 4x speed then my character will most likely bleed to death before anyone else is able to heal him.......
So change the gamespeed back to normal gameplay speed and your lose blood less quicker and your bleeding will stop stopper quicker too, Trust me this has saved me from dying many many times
Gee that's embarasing *Stop Stopper* apologize for the typing mistake there i was clearly tired and double typing. however i find it offensive on you stating the obvious yes i am from the united kingdom and as for speaking proper english then maybe you should come live here and learn REAL ENGLISH my friend every country has its slang/short words/abbreviations etc etc and im guessing that the forums here may use AMERICAN not ENGLISH for its spellchecker which is usual with any web browser.
And for your information the only thing i LACK in english is my Grammar (.,:;'!?) etc
Apart from that i suggest you read what i have put again maybe this time abit quicker as if you are saying it and you will understand.
If by Any chance you still dont understand what i am saying then play the game on 4x speed get cut down and watch your character bleed at 4x speed then watch your blood drain ALOT quicker to your BLOOD LOSS slowing down, Now do the same again at normal speed watch your blood drain normally and your blood loss slow down QUICKER, Therefore if your blood loss stops before you reach -100 you still live and you can fast forward time again to regain your blood.
So yes i am saying there is a slight bug here and im just exploiting it for people if you watch the game aswell as play it you should see what i mean

Even when I factor in your appalling english I still don't know what you mean. Of course if time goes slower you die more slowly. And yes if its slower you can get a chance to react and get other guys to heal the wounded member quicker. I still don't get what you were saying?
Commenting on a bug maybe where if time compression is on that the damage is going to quickly? Can you eleaborate?
Also, you are from the United Kingdom, can you at least try and use real english if you decide to reply.
EDIT: Excellent, thanks for the ninja edit well after I made my post rather than replying further down. Your edit did indeed clarify your point so that I could understand it. As for 'having perfect english except for grammar'...that's kind of the most important point. Grammar makes the sentence, plus I love grammar. And I'm not american, I speak english as a second language and so your lack of readable english, bad grammar and incomprehensible words (stop stopper....wtf?) made that whole post meaningless to me. If my direct style offends you then I should perhaps apologise but quite honestly your manner in your edit removed any real care factor on my part.
Thanks anyway for making it easier to read.

i don't know if they die at -100 blood loss, when i played i saw a squad of the red paladin guys attack the "capital" and loss, i tried to heal them (no reason not to, ain't like i'll get attacked) but i only the paladin while the servants died at -86 blood loss. then the paladin went back to the city and tried to punch guards to death

Yes Wolfwood they are meant to die at -100 blood loss however i have died at -70 before aswell it is another tiny bug in the game lol iv seen my right leg on -177 before that confused me and yes my character died haha

Perhaps he meant for a sort of auto pause mechanic when around combat so that it doesn't get out of hand to fast? Something that could be seen in Baldur's Gate or Fallout Tactics.
My peeps generally die around -75.

Nice ninja edit ballard. Refer to my own edit if you care to read the response.

I think he meant that when time is faster the calculation for blood loss increases in an such a way that travelling on normal-mode (with normal blood loss) will allow you to gain more distance before dying, than on fast-mode. Or maybe he means that the rate of blood loss decreases faster when on normal-mode compared to fast-mode.
Hey Blxz, can I ask you a quick question? In Japan what is the common/proper way to learn Kanji? I ask this because there is roughly around 3000 Kanji and several contain multiple pronunciations. (Kunyomi vs Onyomi) I ask this because you love grammar, language and you are from/live/currently in Japan.

There are 2000 government set kanji that are considered vital for every japanese person to know (although most would probably only know 1500-1800 of those....
But there are about 15000 total if you go into technical things like medical jargon and very obscure place names and history books.
As for how to learn it, in Japanese school systems its basically repetition. This is probably the worst way to learn it but if you do this for a 12 year schooling system while seeing and using them everyday as your first language then it works. But, for a foreigner wanting to learn kanji then there is some new trend going about now (that I forget the name of...) where you learn the individual particles that make up a kanji and what they mean and then learn the english meaning of the kanji. This is popular with some of my english speaking friends now because they think they can learn alot of kanji and can understand and read some things even without knowing how to say it. I think its stupid because if they ever want to ask a japanese person something such as a place name or location then saying "Where is one single pine town located?" means nothing whereas if you say "一本松はどこですか?" (ipponmatsu wa doko desuka?) then you are far better off.
So to end my huge rant and actually answer your question, I think the best way to learn kanji is a mix of repetition and then combining kanji into common grouping words. Learn the yomi as you go. And try to avoid using the english as a way of remembering them, learn as a Japanese sound and then try and use them (if you live in Japan) or write them out. I suggest you start with the N4-5 government Kanji and work through those. About 200 of them. Then just work your way up gradually, N3, N2, N1. If you do this gradually and try and learn a new Kanji whenever you encounter it then things will stick. (read manga if you like that)

Thanks Blxz. The reason I asked was because I had taken a Japanese 101 college class and was considering to continue taking them.
As for manga, I really am not a comic-book type person. Funny though, some of the Japanese kids books are too advanced for me. (Its the Kanji)

Yeah, manga bores the shit out of me too. But I've known a few people who have spent time reading them and when they get to a kanji they look it up and can learn what it means and then can see it in context. I suppose any simple book would do for you. Find something that interests you. The problem is that if you are older than a teenager the chances of finding something both simple AND interesting is pretty limited.
Good luck with your class. Its a pretty simple language compared to english; the difference lies in that its so totally alien to english that at first you can struggle to get the hang of things. (oh, and the writing is a pain in the arse) Once you get some momentum though you will be fine.
