I cannot find hemp or riceweed

I had established my base north of Bad Teeth, i had hemp from my previous game but it was not enough for starting a farm.

I have plenty of other resources, but hemp and riceweed doesn´t appear in any shop i found.

I will be grateful if you can tell me where to find them.

The waystation in the south-east is a good bet. Try your luck there. reply if you need a screenshot.

Riceweed in the have traders. almost always have some there.
Hemp is harder to find, randomly shows up in the shops and farms. I find it most often in the shop in the small town north west of blister hill. The name changed and I can't remember the current one.

I've had no problem stockpiling hemp, didn't really have to think about it. I probably bought it in Mongrel, though.
