I'm writing this in general because the modding forum seems pretty dead. But anyway, i do everything it says on the modding tutorial, down to the very last detail... yet, none of my changes ever show up in the game. I was wondering if maybe the tutorial was outdated or something, if anyone knows, please reply to this.

Two things.

1. WHICH tutorial are you speaking about? There are several, being more specific would be nice.

2. You should have just made a thread in the modding forum, it isn't dead, and people still look at it, plus this has no relevence being on the general forum.

3. (Yes, I said two, but I thaught of another point.) If it is a tutorial from a good while back, then the chances are that it is out of date.

You probably forgot to save your mod and put the name of your mod into the mod.cfg file (the text document named 'mod').

You know... you really don't have to be so insulting, next time, just give me an answer if you have one. And how does this not have relevance to the general...? Is modding not a general term or subject?

It was written for a much older version of kenshi. I'm not sure how much has changed since then. Use it as a basis for making a mod, but dont copy it to the letter. You need to explore and learn for yourself :P
