Kind of dislike the grey interface that takes up a lot of screen space and limits the view so i made a transparent version.

Installation: drag/drop "data" into your Kenshi folder.

Very good job with that. One thing, could you explain how you edited the UI? I've been having trouble with a few areas in modding the game.

I just lowered the transparency of some of the UI elements, i use Photoshop to do it.. you need to be more specific :)

in the folder Kenshi\data\gui\MyGUI_Media
is a file called core_theme_tag.xml
you can open that file with notepad++ and you just need to change the line
<Tag name="MyGUI_Theme_Texture">core_black_orange.png</Tag>
then you change "core_black_orange.png" to your own made one or you can select some of the other who are in the same folder
or do you mean to change the ui then you just need to use a photo editor and change the gui

and the ui looks quite nice

I just changed the default in Photoshop, no .xml edits.

Not bad. Looks pretty good.

But it could be better... Can you make it to go default (interface go thicker again) every time you put cursor on it or something. Know what I mean?

You can't do that because the game engine doesn't allow it. It reads one UI file.
