How to change starting stat's

Please upload a better quality video...cant read anything in there.

I can make out that some tool is being used, but I cant make out what it is and where to change things from the video quality.

changing stats

1. Open Forgotten Construction set and load gamedata.base
2. Click on game start offs
3. choose what start off you want to edit and double click it
4. under misc you will see money click on the numbers next to it to edit money
5. right click on character you wish to edit and then click open
6. you should then see stats on the lower left hand side right click that and remove current stats
7. click the drop box and select stats and then click add
8. select your new desired stats
9. close all windows of the forgotten construction set, EXCEPT the main window
10. Click the save button above and then close the Forgotten Construction Set completely Re-boot Kenshi and Start a new game and done your characters now have new stats
