[Mod] Expanded Construction

This mod made by thinkpadius features various buildings and walls made accessible to the player, I don't think there's a forum post about it on these forums right now so I've taken the liberty in shining a bit of light on it.

I can't seem to get it to work and it may be out of date, could anyone tweak this to get it to work ?
