Middle Earth Mod

So I've been playing a lot of Kenshi recently and have been thinking of mods that would be cool. Along with playing I've been watching the Lord of the Rings trilogy and... What if there was a Middle Earth mod that completely overwrote the inventory, landscape, weapons, factions, mobs, races, etc. and turned the game into a Tolkien themed fun land?! You could build up your outpost, make alliances with elves and dwarves, hunt Sauron's orc hords, and travel the land of Middle Earth! It'd be awesome, right?! Granted the game would seize to be a lot of what Kenshi currently is (possibly), but I think that the type of game Kenshi is could work for many themes like such. Just a thought...
