Hey guys, over the passed few days I've become kind of a regular in terms of testing the boundaries of the FCS and trying to balance out my own mods and ideas. So far, the majority of my ideas fall flat because the game really won't put up with my custom stuff I put in at this juncture.

So, I began to get curious and think of smaller changes I might be able to make that won't blow up as soon as I try to load in.

So, I'm thinking of making Wandering Hero Sheks, maybe custom and fragile dark priests at a temple that share the same dialogue package as cannibals mixed with my own reactions, and probably a base for those silly Holy Nation Outlaws who need a boss, and also Elitist Style Robots (Skeletons) that attempt to enslave you!

So looking at 3 new factions, 4 bases.

Justicars of the Horn - Wandering Hero Sheks who are hostile to all bandits and such, wander from town to town. (Live in small camp in the south)

Temple of the Undying - Custom dark robed Scorchlander Human Priests with modified cannibalism dialogues/packages.

Freedom Riders - Holy Nation Outlaws' base that rivals the Holy Nation, is in closer proximity so that they can battle it up.

Assimilatiors - Evil Slavemongering Robots that take other races back to their stone quarries and such. (Town will be called Skynet, lol)

Final question: Has anyone successfully created a Quest in this game? If so, how? I would love to start doing so.

Also, if anyone could tell me in a detailed fashion, is there a way to set waypoints for nests? Specifically what will come out of them and such?

Ended up making

Witches of the Wild (Female based cannibal clan with some custom scripts for praising the Forest, eat KO'd enemies.

Freedom Riders - Antislavery police type.

Terminus - Armed Skeletons with a Slaver AI package, but can't seem to get them to load right.

Added Berseker group in from the Faction list in a little alcove south of Blister. - There always seems to be war and chaos now! (Strong hostile Shek warriors)

. . . If I could just get those Terminus skeletons to actually load up, it'd be so great.

(Reasoning for creating the Extra Factions Mod)
-Things were a little boring walking about, but now the tiny map is full of dangers.
-I made the Witch of the Wilds a female cannibal crew to give some irony to the Holy Nation's misogynous beliefs.
-I made Terminus for the same reason (If I can get them to load)
-Freedom Riders seemed like a cool group to have around as they're helpful to strangers, heal you up, are trustworthy, and if they cross your path while enslaved, they'll attempt to free you.

Ah-Hah! Fixed Terminus! Now they spawn and go about their Beat-anyone-up-and-Enslave activities! Definitely need to balance them though. They ran into the Witches of the Wild and got their ass handed to them bad.

Me thinks Terminators should be pretty damn scary versus cannibal fanatics.

Also added another Witch base with a cool red mist effect I hadn't found before.

I'll probably add another Terminus Slave Camp a bit further away to increase the likelihood of others running into them.

So far though, this mod has made this game come to life for me. Lots of battles, scripts are random to cause Campaign attacks against other towns (Mostly towards Blister Hill, since those bastards are harder to kill than Satan, himself.)

Also set up a Game Start where you are actually one of the Witches and you can travel with them and help them out. Very fast paced and deadly gameplay because everyone's out to get you. But it's SOOOO worth it when you take out a group to see one of your people just start eating someone that's knocked out. :P

Does anyone else have any cool ideas I should add to the map?

So far, haven't heard a peep from the Berserkers, even after adding in AI package to patrol aggressively. I see their models at their base, so I know they loaded in. . But so far, no battles. - Maybe that's where I'll put the Terminus guys.
