Shortly: Industrial 008 weapon models were to be replaced by Industrial 004 at some point of research.
Since every other model line eventually offering only their best models to craft, i decided to tweak couple o' values, and changed Ind 004 and Ind 008 thus that latter does replacing former, and stays forever in your weapon smithy II
