I've been working on learning FCS with version 0.93.4, I cannot figure out a way to edit some of the newer skills (robotics, weapon and armor smith off the top of my head.)
On another note, weapon choices seems to be broken. Vanilla sets weapons up with the same format as armor (num, chance; 0 100 or 1 100) First off, the first number makes no sense, except for the scimitar a 0 will mean you have 1 (not sure what setting scimitar to 0 dose) and 1 means you have as many as you can have equipped (ie 2 toppers and 3 for Katana.) The second number (100) dose, as far as I can tell, nothing. You will always have the first weapon on the list. The tooltip for weapons is completely useless as it says the first number is location (hip or back) and that's all.
The only way I've found to have a random weapon is to make a 'chose from' list of characters with different weapons then tell it to chose a random character.

I agree with the weapon stuff. I have wanted to have the weapons treated like the clothing and armor for a long time. let me select a list of weapons for a "slot" and it will do the random bit just like the clothing.
as for the skills. I have not tried to access those in the editor yet as I have not gone back to do another pass on the characters in my mod. but it would seem odd if the skills are not in the FCS somewhere, as it is just editing the database. thus if it exists in the game, I would assume it must exist in the FCS.

Fumikomi & Kamae: Like the Yin and Yang create a symbiosis. One is not superior to the other, they are two parts of a whole.
I too would love the weapons to behave like armour. It's very annoying to have to make multiple copies of someone in order to get the appearance of a random weapon.
And Jake is right, some newer skills are not in the FCS. It has been this way for a long time. Some were just never added.
