Question about character Actions

I have recently decided to give the modding another go, and have picked up my old mod and dusted it off. However, I have seen a problem that has come up due to game updates I assume. When I have an injured party member, none of my other party members have the option to pick them up.

This is not due to injured arms or anything like this, the option just simply does not exist on the popup menu. I know it comes from my mod as it is the only mod loaded on my system, I just do not know where to go looking for the problem, and how to fix it.
