Player Charac/er Not Attacking Properly

So I have I have been playing kenshi modded but I'm not quite sure which mod is doing this but one of the mods I think is doing this is Bad Guys Redux. My character does sort of vibrate with his sword up and down a bit, as if threatening to do something, but he never does. If you could help me fix this issue that would be great thank you!
