That glaive looks like it would do some serious damage! I haven't seen any dragon themed weapons or armor yet ;) Maybe a sword with a dragon hilt. Can't wait to add the above weapons into the game!!!

The models look neat to me, but they could use a little "makeshift" vibe to them. Say, made with stuff that, "oh, just happened to be around, so I threw some nails at it and I got this. Go poke someone with the spikey end, no, the OTHER spikey end, and if you survive, please do come by and tell me how you did. Also, are you vaccinated against tetanus? No? Nevermind".

Add more metal scraps, some stuff that makes you fear the weapon doesnt have a safe spot at all, since explosions tend to expand themselves in all directions, and it´ll look fine to me.

yeah i was borrowing blunt since that has no weapons attached to it yet....
i edited the attack distance, along with the length and it produced the result i stated....

from how i understand it:
attack distance in the combat techniques is the distance at which the person will consider using the skill, but it is limited by the length in the weapon mesh file
and.....
length in the weapon mesh file effects how far the weapon will reach, including how many targets are hit (based on arc and direction)

so the idea with the gun would be to make it's length far, and the attack distance far, and the direction of the attack thrust/forward, so it doesn't do a shotgun like spray.....
Have you tried extending the mesh itself to the approximate range of the pistol, but with an invisible "pole" basically sticking out of the barrel? Just so that the distances in the statistics match with the weapon model distance?

eh im done modding this version of the game i may return when the game is completed, chris is going to add stuff that i unlocked so that leaves that part of the mod useless anyways XD... but for now i am done

if anyone would like the mesh files i already created, i see no need for them to go to waste - ask and you shall recieve, i must be explicit though, they were intended for this game, and i wish to only see them in this game, so if you feel you have enough skill to implement the weapons i created, please contact me

@Above: that was one of my ideas, where to place a single small ball that no one, but the sharpest of eyes, would discern as anything, and even then the sharp eyes may just write it off as a glitch
i tested it with the glaive i made to see if the physical properties of the mesh effected the distance of the attack.... i ran into other problems testing that
