Hey,
First of all, great job! I really love this mod and am very excited about new updates.
But i am having very serious lag problems and would like your support. My computer is a beast so i know it isnt hardware related.
Thanks a lot.
Sincerely,
SavaGhost

I was really looking forward to try this mod, and so I did two weeks ago or w/e time it now was, time passes by so quickly so I cant keep track of it tbh.
Anyway I was feeling at first very happy to see so much going on around me and quickly rushed towards the first horde of zombies I see, I was looking forward a glorious battle and... My squad of highly trained soldiers that is 17 man strong (stoped recruit more after that cuz they feelt op already) bulldozered through the zombies, the zombies that didn't fall instantly was because they was lucky and took an slash to the knee... *cough*.
So after 30 mins of some really quick fights with these bigger numbers of zombies I feelt...disapointed over it not being a challange enough...so I ended up chasing the Human zombie hunter squads instead, those was alot more fun to kill as they feelt more at my level, shame thier number is so low. *smiles* I look forward more "skilled" zombies than these pushovers in the future :3
Thanks for the mod, was worth trying out atleast ^^
Guess I remain at that temple fort and respawn the world so I can have that glorious 17 vs 35-40 clashes versus more skilled troops than the zombies (sadly they pushovers for me to now)

"Just a simple shot to the head". That is one of the hardest areas to hit on a body, that why it so awsome with headshots... but headshots is made with ranged weapons, and here we're going melee, and its in melee those buggers tend to have an upper hand cuz they dont give a damn if they gonna lose a limb to get thier hands on you and bite you or grab onto you, sure they dont give a damn about defense but they sure is going all in on the offensive. try to keep your distance to a someone that wont back of if slashed or bashed...
What Im trying to get said, they should have a decent attack skill but remaining worthless in defense.

Glad to see the mod is still holding out, even after not being updated for quite a long time now, the modding system seems to be quite resilient. Next update will increase zombie horde size, bring the mod fully up-to-date by integrating the latest updates and perhaps add some new "special" zombies.
They may take our bees, but they'll never take our piе!

UPDATE 1.2 (download link has been updated):
What's new?
- By poll result: zombie mob sizes have been increased. New poll is up.
- I noticed that the "zombie fists" used the katana skill, while the zombies only had unarmed skill, changing the fists to use unarmed resulted in zombies not attacking at all, so now the zombies' katanas skill has been increased. They're not insanely strong, but they're now a serious threat to inexperienced characters.
Still haven't managed to create custom .body files. I hope the next update contains tools to do that.
Also, I switched the main download location from RapidShare to DropBox for two reasons:
1) Since the whole SOPA-PIPA-ACTA-MegaUpload situation(s) RapidShare has severely limited the download speed for free users.
2) RapidShare deletes files that have not been downloaded for x days.
Yours sincerely,
~~ArcaneSaint

People have been asking me when I'll release a new update to this mod. I'd like to address all issues in one post to avoid having
Now, the reason why I haven't been updating more often is because:
1) I've been a bit busy with university projects, and now finals are consuming almost all of my time.
2) Apart from changing the amount of zombies a bit, there's not much to update at the moment, not until either Kenshi is updated with better faction mechanics and such, or we get better modding tools. I have been working on an attempt to reverse-engineer the .body files in an attempt to edit them, but that's taken a bit of a lower priority due to other stuff (see point one).
So unless recent updates have broken the mod entirely, there isn't much reason for me to update right now. But I'll start modding again when finals are done and I've sobered up after the celebrations. Expect a second/third week of July update.
Yours sincerely,
~~ArcaneSaint

This mod is for a much older version of kenshi, it probably doesnt work as intended anymore.
