[Mod] Raw Meat rebalance

Re-balances raw meat for Vanilla Kenshi.
Raw meat is in such abundance that you really don't have to work to get it.
This Mod fixes that issue.
The only animal you get massive amounts of meat from now is the Leviathan. they are huge!!! so makes sense they could feed an army.
