How to make shops sell more items at a time?
How to make shops have more money?

Do i need to edit the NPC or the shop stall? I have tried to edit the shop itself but somethings just don't seem to do anything.

I haven't checked how to increase the inventory yet but you can edit the money for any npc. in the construction kit under characters select the npc that is the owner of the store and edit the amount of cash they start with.

ok,ill start with adding some more money.

Did not work,i edited the money to around 60000.Went in game,loaded a save,nothing,imported and still the shop had 25k

You will most likely have to get that character to re-spawn. as once it is spawned in the world the data is saved in the save game file, it is not constantly re-read from the database. this is true for most any change you make in the construction set. It will only affect new spawns. So either start a new game, or kill off that character and hope a new one spawns in to take his place.

Ok well,i found out some stuff by messing around

to make the shops sell better stuff,you need to click on FACTION,then select the faction,i used holy nation and bottom left was a area i modded,for high tier gear stuff. Chance it sells was at 0 i set to 100 and it worked.

also changed some stuff there for more items listed,but no matter what i do i can not make the guy have more money.

its at 30000...even in game the shop guy spawns with 25k

no matter what.I gave up on it.
